why is the prime real estate in Devon an industrial park???? (used to be a trailer park by river drive) someone please help me understand why a church and a new shop got built where a beautiful river front apartment complex could have been built. change the zoning. seriously, our homes would sky rocket in price if Devon could develop. the town has tons of river valley, NONE of it is developed. the most beautiful parts of town look like a religious shit hole. a shitty house on river drive is 400k. in any part of Edmonton, a shitty river house is 1million

Life, home, Faith, friends & neighbors, schools and community....as good as it could ever be. They were 25 great, wonderful years. We miss it all!
