bro signed up for hell with the OBAMA boss fight also, i did the Obama boss fight with Cuphead while following your rules, and, surprisingly, it's possible. you wanna stick with either spreadshot or peashooter for the boss. for the first 2 phases, use peashooter and shoot him down to the ground, then just keep holding the special button, cuz it'll deplete his health, even if t seems like it'll take long. then for phases 3 - 5, avoid his barrage of attacks, then attack. for phase 6, dodge the lasers and find a good time to attack when he falls to the ground. then, for phase 7, dodge the hands that try to grab you, because if they do, you'll get stuck in a laser combo. same thing goes for phase 8, except this time, make SURE to use your double jump wisely, because the swing of the katana WILL knock you off screen. and still dodge the grabs. for phase 9, just do what I told you to do for phases 3 - 5, just be faster and be cautious. for phase 10, if you can, try to dodge the pyramids' bullets, because the grabbing hands will come back, and the bullets stun you, so if the hands grab you, you're done, because the sword also comes back. and finally, for phase "100000," just shoot him once and he's dead. sorry if this is long, and hope this helps.
