Hey, enjoyed the video🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested and keep creating good content:)

Hey my Friend , I have seen your videos which are really awesome and video Thumbnails are so eye-catching. But due to some errors in your Channel and Videos like (SEO and Optimization ) Your videos are not Reaching your Targeted audience and that's why after uploading a lot of videos you are not getting expected Views and Subscribers in your channel . I am a KZbin SEO Expert and if you want I can help you to solve these problems. As a result I can say that you will be able to see much better results than you currently have in your Channel. Also I have audited your channel and created a report. I want to show you, but how can I contact you?

1. The principles of real estate investing haven’t changed. 2. Get educated. 3. Get capital. 4. Do it yourself. 5. Don’t fall for the next syndicator’s pitch: “Just TRUST me.” 6. Trust yourself-and make WAY more than the contracted limited return from a syndicator. 7. ALL syndicators started as individual investors, then parlayed their knowledge & skills to attract the one thing they continually need: More investment capital. 8. YOUR money. 9. It’s a “game” all right.

I’m 53 and I have about $225k liquid in savings which I plan to put towards becoming a homeowner, but based on the current high prices on real estate, do you suggest I hold from buying and look at dividend paying stocks instead?

I’m a realtor and I wouldn’t buy now, especially if it was my second home. Ideally, its advisable to seek financial advise from a license advisor, they can help with proper asset allocation where you dont have to put all eggs in a single basket

Straight-up, advisors are ideal reps for investing jobs, and at first hand experience since covid-19 outbreak to date, I’ve gained approx. $1m after 100s of thousands invested. IMO, home prices will need to fall by at least 40% before the market normalizes.

And yes first property should be a four plex as you get minimal down requirements and the best prevailing rates. Plus in 10 yrs or sooner the other three tenants are paying you whole mortgage and you have your one unit at no rent your living rent free.
