Girl nursing can be overwhelming. I just found my balance 2 years into it and it's so freaking nice. I work mon-thurs 7-4 as a nurse but my true love of baking has me at a bakery 10 hours a week and I do pottery once a week which I also LOVE!!! You are on the right path love. Focus on what makes you tingle with happiness and DO IT!

Hello Whitney. As a nurse that suffered from mental health challenges as well, I'm not sure if your counselor advise you about a gratitude journal, but I incorporated this into my daily routine. It helped me to stay focus and be grateful and really appreciate the good and look the negative with a different perspective.

You nurses in the US are so free & lucky. Here in the UK we are not allowed to have nails at work, no even your natural nails, need to be cut completely, some hospital don't even want you to have lashes. They are saying because of infection control, which i do understand. But lucky you guys. Good vlog as usual, a subscriber from London, UK. I am currently on holiday in Dallas, Texas. The heat is too much 😅.
