Putting on normal nail polish or even gel will take the same amount of time or even less, it’s more bank for your buck, don’t waste your time with these products

How do you file them before putting it under the light

Hi Guess-m! You’re 100% correct! We recommend filing after curing for the best results. However, if you prefer to cut the strip as close to your nail as possible, you can file any small bumps or excess before curing. Nail stickers are made of gel, once you stick them on your nails and cure it with UV light, it cures and sticks to your nail, but you can take it off at home without drills or anything while actual gel nails need to go to the salon or you need nail drills etc to take off fully cured gel nails because fully cured gel nails are directly attached to the nail while its the opposite for semi-cured gel nails.

If you have problems with the strips peeling, try using a gel base coat in place of the protective nail strips. Mine last a lot longer this way. After nail prep apply a gel base coat and cure before putting on the nail strips.
