Warning believers, Max Lucado is a false teacher who is on TBN, a heretical network that doesn't preach the Gospel, but rather just wants your money. We are all sinners who deserve to die and go to the lake of fire (Romans 3:23, Revelation 20:15), because God is holy and righteous, and He hates sin with perfect, unmatchable hatred. But in His love, God sent Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, to earth to live a perfect life we can't live and, despite His innocence and our guiltiness, He voluntarily died the painful death we deserved on the cross, paying the price for our sins, and then raising from the dead (Romans 5:8 and 1 Corinthians 15:3-4). If we confess our sins to God, turn away from them with His help, accept, trust, and commit ourselves to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, surrendering everything to Him, then, only by God's grace will you be saved for eternity and enter into a relationship with God, serving Him and sharing the Gospel with others with His help for the rest of life (1 John 1:8-10, Luke 9:23-26, Ephesians 2:8-10, Matthew 28:18-20, and Acts 1:8). That is the true Gospel, not the money, prosperity heresy on TBN, remember Ephesians 5:11: "have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them". Max Lucado isn't just involved on TBN, he also teaches that baptism is required for salvation which goes against the heart of the Gospel, and also promotes ecumenism, which is the unity of all "denominations" (INCLUDING FALSE RELIGIONS LIKE JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES, MORMONISM, CATHOLICISM, AND OTHER HERETICAL "CHRISTIAN" GROUPS), moreover, he endorses Joel Osteen (a false preacher from the word of faith heretical movement) and even preached at his church. Remember 2 John 1:9-11 (parenthesis and caps by me): "Whoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If any one cometh to you, and bringeth not this doctrine, receive him NOT into your house, neither wish him happiness: For he that wisheth him happiness (that is, wishes him well, works with him, or supports him), is a partaker of his evil deeds". With that being said, avoid Max Lucado and have nothing to do with him, his works, or his false teachings. You can also pray to God about this if you are saved, and wait for His response, if you aren't saved, confess your sins to God, ask for His forgiveness and for Him to turn you away from them and to Him, submit and surrender every single part (even the ones hard to give up, but ask Him to help and He will) of your life to Him, and commit the rest of your life to following Him, reading, meditating on, and applying His Word (the Bible) to your life daily, and sharing the Gospel with those around you all with the help and through the power of the Holy Spirit regardless of the cost, even if it means death.

ANY Pastor that tells you to TITHE are LIARS, THIEVES AND CHARLATANS. New Testament mentions nothing on Christians having to pay tithes. Jesus and His disciples never paid tithes neither did they instruct anyone to do so. Paul wrote three quarters of the New Testament and had many opportunities to talk about tithes but he never did! He spoke a lot on giving and as a matter of fact giving is mentioned 176 times in the New Testament- nothing on tithes. So why have Christians been paying tithes then?
