But I know the tongue goes there! Rolling Rs makes me so made because otherwise I’m pretty proud of my pronunciation 🙄 it just turns into a stiff rock behind my teeth and refuses to roll

I can roll my r's fine, but trying to actually use it in a sentence just sounds clunky and weird. I have to completely change the tone of my voice and I feel like I roll it for too long.

You're doing a fantastic job! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

After weeks of practicing, I can finally roll my r’s!!!! I can only say certain words with it. For example, it’s extremely hard for me to say erre but barril

Yes! I've had students do this before. It's like you're gurgling. You need to switch the position of your tongue. Check out the blog post here, it shows an image: www.skillabration.com/how-to-roll-rs/

@@skillabration-school i found the proper tongue placement and it vibrates when i breathe out air but i can’t roll it when speaking. How do i fix this?
@rogeriopenna9014Ай бұрын
Funny thing is... in Portuguese, or at least Brazilian Portuguese, the doble R or R in the start of words is NOT rolled/trilled. It's similar to an H sound in English. Like Hio de Janeiro. But single Rs in the middle of words are slightly trilled. Like in Janeiro. But the trill is SO SLIGHT that it's a SINGLE trill. Where in all of this video you trilled several times each RR. Even so, even doing a SINGLE trill and only in single Rs at the middle and end of words (like all verbs in the infinitive), it's STILL enough that basically any Portuguese speaker can trill their R's like a Spanish or Italian without difficulty.
