Biggest trading struggle - entering a trade too early (fear of not being in a trade!) and not waiting for the correct entry.
@KiranRobbin4 күн бұрын
Ah, the classic struggle of jumping in too early! When I first started FOMO was a big challenge too. It’s crazy how it can mess with patience, right? Discipline wins in the short-term, but the environment gets the last laugh haha! So I always ask myself how can I control my environment to protect me from me? One thing that really helped me was planning setups in advance based on my strategy and using alerts at key levels. That way, I’m not staring at the charts endlessly, which is a big FOMO trigger for so many traders! Another game-changer was creating a condensed version of my trading plan-just the essentials-and keeping it visible on TradingView. Having that checklist front and centre keeps me focused on high-probability setups and stops me from making impulsive decisions. Good luck!

Hey, I watched to the end. It was a very informative video. So, I've been working with my mentor for about a month without stop almost every business day. The skills I've been learning from him were basically just how to become a profitable trader whilst helping my beginner stages. My question here is since my mentor isn't really a big swing trader, and that's a skill that I want to make my main trading strategy. whats some advice for someone who actively learning and trying to become a profitable trader overall but doesn't want to read charts as often
@KiranRobbin14 күн бұрын
Hi, thank you! I'm glad you found it helpful-let me know if there's anything else you'd like me to cover! Swing trading is a great choice if you’re aiming to avoid being glued to the charts all day. I would suggest focus on Higher Time Frame Bias (so 4hr) and entering on 15minutes as the sweet spot. Also, check out my previous videos which explains how to do this in more detail: kzbin.info/www/bejne/opSto6mcgqaaes0si=B2XJy1MqgObZaKjU. This way, you get a big-picture view of market trends and avoid the noise of short-term fluctuations.

I've been trying to really build and optimize a system that works for me but it's not necessarily easy then again I'm looking for web3 jobs to raise trading capital if you could help with that. Very educating video to be very honest❤
@KiranRobbinАй бұрын
Hi good to hear from you again buddy! ✊So you don’t need to raise trading capital via a second job once you have profitable edge. For example, you can access more capital e.g via prop firms/ other routes. Have more trading capital doesn’t solve all you trading problems. So in your case, the main priority should be focusing on being consistently profitable and then doors can open for you.

Trading. I’ve been following your teachings from MDX algo but my subscription expired. I was able to make $1k plus profit for 3 months consistently last year but I lost everything in the 4th month since then I haven’t been actively trading. I never really had a well defined trading system or tracked my trades either. I’m ready to unlearn and relearn and do that with my audience if possible.

@@Ace-hx3epI see. I am sorry to hear that. This is something that traders that come to me for help also face. Hey Kiran, I just watched your video, and I have to say, you’ve got something special going on here. Your channel has so much potential bro. Your content is really solid, and I can tell you’re putting in the work. But here's the thing -KZbin is a tough game, and even the best content can get lost without the right packaging. I’ve helped a lot of creators like you, and every single one of them saw their channel grow way faster after I stepped in with my video editing and thumbnail skills. They were shocked by the difference it made. I’m not saying this to brag; I just know what works, and I genuinely believe you could benefit from it too. Look, I’m not here to sell you anything you don’t need. I just know that with a few tweaks and some professional touches, your videos could reach way more people. I’m offering a special rate right now because I’d love to see your channel blow up. Seriously, why not give it a shot? Let's talk if you're interested I think we could make something awesome together. How can I contact you bro :)

Hi! Thank you for your comment! It's important to note that spending more hours trading each day doesn’t always mean higher profits. For instance, a swing trader who makes just 5 trades a month can be substantially more profitable than a scalper who makes 50 trades each week. Also, when we talk about risk-reward (RR), it's helpful to look at it alongside other factors. For example, a trader with a 1:3 RR and a 40% win rate can still be profitable. Similarly, a trader with a 1:2 RR and a 50% win rate can also find success. Even a trader with a 1:1 RR and a 70% win rate can be profitable. What truly matters is how win rate and risk-reward work together. In the end, there are many effective strategies for achieving profitability in trading.

My admittedly cynical investment advisor buddy always asks this question when mocking online wealth promisers: “if you’re that good at trading why bother teaching?” And he inevitably concludes that you MUST make more money teaching than trading. The internet/social media structure available these days obviously has a democratizing effect on educational opportunities. But my son refers to Google as “a compendium of the world’s ignorance.” And internet scams are legendary. (I’m not calling you that. At all. I’m taking the time to write this because my intuition meter is singing an acceptable tune when I hear you speak these simple points.) You mention “rinse and repeat”technique and a requirement for “market maturity “. Do you have a way to teach these that are less painful than actual experience?
@KiranRobbin2 ай бұрын
Hi man thanks for the comment. So here are the reasons why I teach it: 1. I enjoy teaching! It’s fun learning a craft and helping others succeed. 2. It forces me to become better at my craft and keep up to date with industry developments. 3. I actually get clients results and I enjoy seeing them succeed. 4. Unlike many fake gurus, I actually learnt from some of the top traders in the world - some worked in hedge funds. 5. Clients come to me and I help them avoid making years of costly mistakes (from using discretionary, subjective methods with no edge). I invest and trade using statistical mechanical rules (so built using market statistics). So it has a statistically proven edge which enables clients (new or experienced in the markets) to be consistently profitable. This is what I mean by having ‘rinse and repeat’ system in the video. If you watch the full video, I never once made any kinda of ‘wealth promise’. Trading and Investing is a business, and everyone who wants to take it to a high level, learns from mentors and loses money otherwise. There is an ignorance tax. There will always be cynics no matter what you do in life. Like even if someone sold ice cream for a living, someone would criticize their ice-cream haha. It’s actually in the best interest of many ‘wealth advisors’ to say that because otherwise they would be out of a job!😂

We could potentially finance a business from our salaries and take startup leave, as is common in other countries. However, despite being a poor nation, our billionaires rank among the top 10 in the world because they are not paying us the salaries we truly deserve.

Great point brotha! Yeah it can be frustrating how there's such a stark contrast between the wealth of a few and the struggles of many. However, very few people get wealthy purely by a salary (due to inflation and other things like increasing tax with higher income). Assets and multiple income streams are needed.
