New to your channel, I was about to reach thru the screen and push the needle in myself lol. I’m on Tirz and scared of needles, watched a KZbin and my hand was shaking but went right in (I do thigh). I have been doing 2.5 and I’m not going up since it has been working so well which also saves money. Only side effect is fatigue… and zero hunger lol. Need to fuel these workouts though! I take it Tuesday afternoon and try to eat more Monday night and/or Tuesday morning (like a bagel and cream cheese or something) to help any possible side effects and that I’m not hungry at all for days… I look forward to following!

Glad found your chanel. Thank you for your honesty about your body journey. I have started to notice body changes, weight gain despite not changing any thing diet, exercise wise, so know it's the age (37 years, perhaps started the pre-menopause, as it tends to start in mid 30s). Honestly been thinking about the injections to help if after 1 years the weight is still an issue.
