Ok so now I'm curious. at 29:52 there is a metal post that is directly between the VUK and the flasher. It doesn't have anything connected to it. I thought maybe someone had a mod there previously and left the post. Now that we both have the same post and its empty I'm wondering why Data East would've installed that for no reason? Do you or does anyone have any idea why its there? Maybe a light was supposed to go there? Again I'm referring to the long metal post in-between the VUK and flasher. It's screwed into the plastic and the other end has nothing on it.

I do appreciate the video but you are way to close to see anything, next time try taking a step back or pulling the camera away so we actually see what's going on and have a wider view of what you are showing. This would be much more beneficial to view

I have this model, it is junk. Significant shaft runout, tool rests are stamped sheet metal that bend, shields are junk plastic, and you can eat a sandwich before this gets up to speed. This particular HF tool is really crap in every way.
