Meaning you can run 30 feet, misty step as a bonus action teleporting 30 feet, then casting the spell. This is even more if you have things like movement speed bonuses like Monk, Barbarian, or all woodelves have, can dash as a bonus action like monks rogues or Orks can, and or have spells like haste up that give you a whole extra action when you cast them. My point is, go ahead and try and run 60 feet in under six seconds and do anything else before it expires.

The hidden death saves are even more brutal in ICRPG. You roll a D6(D4 in Master Edition) to see how many rounds you have before death, and you only pop up if you roll a nat 20. Otherwise somebody's got to save you.
