Much respect for actually sharing how you made it work. I love your 330ci. At 40 I am just now building my first German car (I’m a GM tech) a 2002 330ci convertible hardtop. Yes it’s getting a Ls3/t56 swap but I have been enjoying the m54b30 it’s a nice little engine. Very smooth. What you did is great with the ITB and stock DBW throttle. I love it.

Cause it’s a dual mass flywheel if you change the clutch, you’d have to change the flywheel You’d be better off converting it to single mass flywheel like I have

I have 2019 530e with the 12kw battery I barely use the petrol once I charge it every day and using it around town and once a week in the office. The difference is just charging it everyday

Time to Invest in a mobile quick jack ....... Like the one Matt Armstrong used before he got his 2 post! got a spare 2k? lol You guys have the will to push through and a great network! Really nice to see. Here i am struggling to take a starter motor out of a 20 year old m3 getting no where, put the car back together hoping to start it tomorrow and drive it to my specialist to take off everything i did and attack the bolts again after they bent my e torx! The jobs are easy its the bloody bolts that are the biggest pain in the ass! GOOD LUCK - Great Video, please keep us updated!

Heres a tip, buy a good example. Dont buy a 7 owner 120k mile dog poo and expect it to run like a top. Bought my 2004 60k mile 330i in 2014 for £2200. Its had tyres, a front caliper and servicing. Oh and a replacement plastic roller cover for the centre console. That was £14 😢

I ended buying a Renault 5 gt turbo its easy to fix with it being a single over head cam thank god gaskets are better i was going through them like undies lol im buying a black 1995 m3 e46 from my neighbour ive never seen it out of action

@@thosenorthernblokes everyone laughed at me buy i grew up on max power and was obsessed with k-tecs purple R5 they soon shut their faces when their grabbing a hold of the rear roll cage as the little turbo kicks in lol. When I bought it the guy managed to fit a turbo of a escort cosworth far to big got a smaller one and 5 gaskets later and she purrs like a kitten I took her back to original body kit instead of the ktec kombat kit and the lambo door hinges had to off. Glad I subbed my kind of content and your brits too so got to support our own 👍😎

@@VincentVega-n4bthe problem these days is that every garage has a mechanic but mechanic is only good to changing suspension parts and other silly bits once things get more complex their brains melt and they dont know what to do, i have driven bmw’s for past 15 years from owning e46,e90,f30,f10 if you know what your doing there is nothing wrong with them! And i tell you 15 years later you or ur children will be saying that cars were great in 2012 now in 2030 they are bad people always need something to whine about…..
