Do you mind putting in the comments what size terminals you had to get? And were they just Napa brand ?

Dirty battery tops will discharge the battery. Oil attracts dirt.. just clean the battery top every oil change.

Hey I have a 1999 24v that is idling at 1000-1200 after tapping the throttle. It only goes away once in gear I follows everything in the video but still doing it. Any suggestions.

Gmorning i just joined the group. I also have a 99, 24v. Mine just quit with no notice while towing a trailer. I have a.code.reader but it fails to.connect. The wait light stopped coming.on.a.while.ago, but the truck cranked up and ran fine. If i shoot some.start fluid in her she wants to start. So i took a chance and replaced the CPS, made no difference. The fuel pump is not.receiving any.power. Does this act like i need an ECM? It has 327k miles use to run great. The PO had changed the IP. Yup, dem towers will work you 😊 I've climbed a bunch in the plants when I did turnarounds. I'm too old for that stuff now.😂😂😂

A note to my previous post: Their is no indication of any problems with acceleration or throttle response or problems with ABS. Thanks

Good video. Now I need your opinion. Iam getting a ABS and Brake light on my 1998 Dodge 2500, 24 valve Diesel. My first thought was a faulty speed sensor on universal. However when I run codes it gives me a P0122 and P1693 which indicates a faulty TPS. I also had a check engine light but that has since disappeared. My question is : why would ABS and brake light show if TPS is in fact bad? Are they related some how? Or are they both bad? No code indicating speed sensor however just ABS and brake light.

My truck doesn’t have a dead pedal and can drive but it’s idling at about 1200. I’ve tried researching to see if this is common with the AAPS but everything I’ve read says it has a high idle AND dead pedal? Just trying to make sure it’s the AAPS before I drop the cash and that’s not it…

The oil eventually will place between the clamps and the battery post and will not longer make a good contact. I’m a Jeep owner And a professional truck driver. I just to do it but I learned it . Sounds logical but in reality won’t work .

Nobody's heard of it because it's unnecessary. If you're the kind of person who allows your car's battery terminals get corroded. Then you have a whole different set of problems to worry about in your life.
