Thank you for this seminar, very informative. Would it be possible for you to do a full seminar on your work with autistic people?

From PA How can I as an aged mother advocate for an adult son who lives in a group home? I am not in charge of any part of his life but I believe all that you teach would benefit him

What is the device you can put in the plugs mentioned at 26:55? I can't find it online. Is it a Stetzerizer perhaps?

So much is wrong with this. Meltdowns are NOT temper tantrums. The glasses help him hear better because he experiences Synesthesia. I think you should stop trying to learn about your son through neurotypical drs, and instead through Autistic people with lived experience. There are tons of KZbinrs out there who will enlighten you properly. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synesthesia#:~:text=Synesthesia%20(American%20English)%20or%20synaesthesia,second%20sensory%20or%20cognitive%20pathway.

Thanks for posting an update. How s your fatigue? What are your remaining symptoms?
@Dr.Eric.Spencer2 ай бұрын
I have a migraine probably once per month still. And I still get more fatigued than usual. But so so much improved and living a full life, working, parenting and all the things! I pray for the same success for all who seek help overcoming this challenging injury.

@@Dr.Eric.Spencer thanks for the answer. Do you wake up refreshed? How did your fatigue improve?
@Dr.Eric.Spencer2 ай бұрын
I definitely wake up refreshed. My battery seems to run out a little earlier than I would like (which is what I refer to as the fatigue) but I also get up really early. I typically get up at 4:30am and workout, work all day, come home and help with the kiddos and by 6-7pm I’m tired! But I’m not taking any naps so that’s good and I feel like these things are still improving , as well.
I had a contract coup injury. It feels like my brain has forgotten how to work out what my eyes see.

Wonderful! I also had brain inflammation from my covid vaccine. I didn't have the dizziness she speaks of, but I did get permanent tinnitus, nerve pain, awful daily migraines, and other concussion-like symptoms. I went to the Mind Eye Institute about two years ago and feel back to myself now!

Hi Ronald - I apologize I just saw this. This sounds like nystagmus, but we would need to know more. If you're looking for help and would like to share more information you can give us a call at 847-501-2020 ext. 1 to reach one of our patient advocates. Thanks!

Beware of staff. I went from out of state. The girl damaged my frame and said it would be fixed before they ship it. They didn't fix it and it couldn't be fixed. I have emails. They agreed to put a new lense if I could find the exact same frame. Impossible. Staff is dishonest.

I was gang tackled by 5 policemen slammed the back of my head against a hospital door; unconscious , then dragged 15 feet, laid on my belly, as the police officers commenced to simultaneously placed the heals of their collective heals-of-their-hands And placed their 10 knees, also on by body; now Grinding me with 10-qty hands and 10 knees grinding me into submission; now, for the 2nd time I was made unconscious. This tragedy occurred in a hospital, wait, what? Yes, I was in a large hospital in Massachusetts for 4 consecutive days and 3 consecutive nights attending to my brothers emotional needs. He died that final night of cancer, alone. Only a few hours earlier, the police apologized saying, sorry, we had the information (?), then proceeded to walk me to my truck, saying, the 2nd floor nurses did want me in the building (?). I had 2 persistent concussion syndromes, 1 at the back of my swollen head and another at the forehead, specifically on my bleeding orbital bone. My beloved brother died alone. ): I received no medical care at subject hospital, never read the Miranda...
