The burner on the Coleman is larger and is throwing a lot of heat past the bottom of the pot. If you ran the test with a 6 inch diameter pot I bet the times would be closer. I think the 442 is the dual fuel version of the 400. It's made to be usable with unleaded gasoline.

True but in the field you use the pot you have.

Poor range on these handhelds, Ive bought both the TTI and Thunderpole TX, the sensitivity on the TTI along with the audio if far superior to the TX however even if your are receiving strong signals from stations no one can hear you on either, the TX is delivering 4 watts on the battery when tested, not sure how much on the TTI as yet to test, love the small pocket size TTI over the TX, unless you use a ridiculous long telescopic antenna which in my opinion is unpractical you be lucky to get a 1 mile.

The fuel I use is Aspen 4T. It's a refined petrol that keeps the generator cleaner. If you use unleaded fuel, it will gum the generator up. No big issue, it just needs cleaning out more often. Edit: Those gas cartridges cost a bloody fortune, I'd never go back to using them. Even though the Coleman Dual Fuel stoves are expensive, they soon pay for themselves.

I just bought a mint example of one of these off ebay. I've had the newer versions, but prefer the one with the legs. I laughed when you mentioned them being kicked out of tents in a ball of flames. I once was cooking in the back of my van on a building site, and for some reason it burst into flames, and I ended up kicking it around the site trying to put the fire out.

Hello from Canada. Just did a search for the Kershaw Eight-20 Penguin and found your video. This camera was given to me by my father as it was the only camera he ever owned. Looks in excellent condition but I haven't checked the below for light leaks yet. The only thing that didn't make it was the case shoulder strap. My model is the second version which has a single aperture and a side shutter lever instead of the plunger. The shutter has three positions, I, B, and T. I is the only speed setting, B is for bulb flash of course and T is a timed setting which is the same as bulb except you don't have to hold the shutter open, there is a second lever in place of the aperture lever on the original camera that releases the shutter. Everything else seems the same. Thanks for the video. Cheers!

I use Aspen 4 in my Coleman lamps and stoves. Cheaper than Coleman fuel and cleaner than unleaded!🇬🇧

I should have read your comment before I posted. Yes, I agree, Aspen 4T is a good fuel.

nice one Stevo. I have been messing around with my ss9900, even with a bunch of mic gain (30) i still have to swallow the mic to get any peak power in sideband. Wonder if the mic has died as I haven used the rig for a few years.

Bottle tops & dog crap bags 😭 You're right. People are idiots. I went to botany bay a week ago. Bottle tops galore, camp tent pegs, nails off burnt pallets and about 16p in fairly new coins. Didn't stay long; the wind didn't help. Thanks for caring 🥰

Just done a similar job on our drains - good to see your video. Ours was ground cover plant roots clogging down from an inspection hatch, blocking the run. Must have been going on for years. Nice and clean and clear now - great feeling. Though despite a very thorough shower, I'm sure I can still smell it!

Good job. One suggestion attach pig tail and plunger to separate rods with pliers and spanner (for plunger) with thread lock and leave both attached at end of job. Its a nightmare if they become detached. At Stevo said make sure you turn rods clockwise all the time when using as he did because biggest risk is rods separating and don't buy crap rods
@alisonball41296 ай бұрын
Hi, my rods have been left behind when cleaning drain, 8 rods got 2… they separated. What’s the best way to get them out… should I buy more rods to see if I can push them out. Thank you Ali
