Bro! Those fish does taste nasty. We went during when water still to the tunnel . I got my limit next day i cooked it and eat smell like dirt lol.. i decided to throw them away. Lol..

I use to rescue some bigger fish and release them back into the main lake. Seems like the game warden should rescue them since they are so concerned with the fish population. JK, they are only concerned with giving tickets to generate revenue

@KIDRR I'm not sure if the game warden knows about this. There are breeder females among them that need to be saved and transferred back into the main lake. a lot of the fishermen that fished this spot said they didn't realize there were this many fishes that were trapped here.

Hell of a catch man!! Definitely a Kokanee though it has all the distinctions of one. It probably got washed down from the lake.

@Hopelessbeauty3304 This part of the river is 5 fish limit. These are stock trout. the lower part of the river by avocado is catch and release.
