God bless you brother, I have this commentary, and I do use it. I picked it out (I have the first printing) due to the two men who gave a recommendation on the spine. I had been listening to John MacArthur and Warren Wiersbe and figured I could trust the Author due to them. I asked my husband for it for Christmas 1999, but this is the first video review of it I've seen ... so Thank You so much!

The "Strand" KJV study bible is my go to. Definitely one of best.

That’s an extremely beautiful bible. I have the Nelson KJV thin line black goatskin bible with salmon red over gold on page edging, etc. A truly luxurious bible that reflects the beauty of its biblical text’s.

Really good review. I have that same exact Bible. It's a pretty good quality Bible. I really love it. Love the single column and font size. I use it to preach from. I just wish it had a few references. But overall it I love it.

Thank you man of God, I only ask that you also show the outer-side of the bible so we can see the design and aesthetics. I actually love the color but I was so frustrated when you were holding it up never turning it around for display lol. I found it on another channel and also on Amazon as you advised but your review was very good so I wanted to let you know that was the only part missing. For sure! I got this one as well and it is my main study Bible. So much good information in it and is very well done. I love it.

If only they had this with the words of Jesus in red. I need a Bible with cross references and the words of Jesus in red.

I personally have been using “Experiencing God - Bible Study Book” by Blackaby. I’m mentioning this in case this may be helpful for someone out there who has newly accepted Jesus as their savior or perhaps struggling to find how God wants to come into their lives. When I am in between my formal bible studies (BSF or church), I use a book to lead me in my personal Bible study - it is by a Mr. Stibbs and is called "Search the Scriptures." You might want to check this book out when you have time. I have the abridged Expositors Bible Commentary, as well as a few others. Agree that it is helpful to have the Thompson Chain Reference Bible along with the Bible being used for study. Always enjoy your videos!
