for anyone who still have this issue, I found a workaround, using Hibernation rather than shutdown, the laptop stopped draining the battery!

Hi, After following all your steps from the Command prompt, "Allow Hybrid sleep" doesn't appear in the advance setting window, it only got the "Sleep after" and "Allow wake timer". What should I do? I followed every step and at last idlt also showed that "The hiberfile size has been set to: 6590328832 bytes" And i checked the registry editor there also hiberfiletype (2) came but then also hybrid sleep option is not showing Amd processor

Not sure why hybrid sleep option for you is missing. One of the viewers commented here that for Amd disable Amd-V virtualisation in Bios and his hibrid sleep worked after that so try that.

Well you are right for all of them except me because I did some damage for that game and got the radar I got 55 points for that game. I think 55 is maximum you can get for a win and -1 is minimum you can get for a loss. Check out my other video about Onslaught losses with -1 points only 😁

I have Asus Vivobook i5 12500H and after shutdown the battery drains around 8% per day. Any solution?

Try this method and there are also orher ways that work too like: 1. Choose windows power saver before shutting down. 2. In the power plan set minimum processor state to 1% instead of 5% as 0% is just default which is still 5, 3. Switch off wifi or disable wifi in device manager. 4. Dusable turbo or ser maximum processor state to 99% instead of 100% so yeah try the combination of all this and then let me know did it go down from 8% per day as I know that every laptop is different and this drain when shut is not the same for everyone. You might also have connected stanby on yours which you need to turn off otherwise just disable wifi before shutdown.

For AMD, disable AMD-V (Virtualization) in BIOS too. Only worked after that.

This standby state is disabled when S0 low power idle is supported. Hybrid Sleep Standby (S3) is not available. Looks like I need Standby (S3) for it to work but how do I do that?

It says that your S3 state is "disabled" because S0 is active so perhaps if you disable that S0 connected stanby then S3 and S4 would work otherwise the best you can do is choose power saver plan before shutting off and make sure to turn off WiFi and click on airplane mode and see what you get with that, just use windows settings to go into power and battery and in small window chane from balanced to power efficiency.

If it's still not showing up you have to create in registry 2 new 32bit dword keys under Power and name them ACsettingIndex and DCsettingIndex and make values for both =1 you can find instructions on internet to do that. I hope it helps you, good luck.

Just wait about 60 seconds it does sometimes like that and I don't know why I think it depends on how fast your cpu is and if it's running on high performance or power saver so just wait about 60 seconds and it will complete to next line.

@@chitru9799 make sure to run CMD as administrator and if that doesn't fix it then I don't know why it wouldn't work unless registry settings are corrupted on your windows.
