@@ayushrudra8600 hey, honestly it depends on the speed of the director. Its sort of a very fast paced spot that what helped me out most was the open strings so Id probably say make use of the open strings to facilitate with the speed.

they are moderately common on the German Style double bows like this, at least in my experience

Black hair=Coarser hair=More grip. Makes a rougher but more powerful sound than white and peppered hairs. Used on french bows commonly as well. I have also seen brown hair.

It also has a gear box, thicker strings, and generally larger size than a cello.

i suspect theyve not practiced well enough past that point to feel confident posting a video of it. this concerto is one of my favorite songs EVER though (i cant tell you how many hundreds of times ive listened to it- literally used to listen to it nearly every single morning for probably two years haha) and i LOVE hearing just the bass part on its own!! its so lovely, and i hope to hear more from this musician! i agree with you, this definitely deserves more views ❤

There where the excerpt ends. Going past that point the piano takes over and the bass only plays one note per measure.
