Actually, John Williams started doing TV scores in 1958. He had already been composing for *seven years* when he did Lost in Space.

I miss the French horn. I played it all through middle and high school. I miss the thing. Hard, but rewarding... Also why on gods green earth is the mouth piece so small!? Like I know why but why!? It would be so painful when the new year came and I had to readjust to the thing!

The disperate voices signifies the various ideologies apparent in the the makeup of the choir. This is not the best rendition of these lovely lyrics.

The apparent speed Marche au Supplice was composed at is because the material came from a previous composition; his discarded opera Les Francs Juges.

I honestly think that collaborative music for the regalement of others is one of the most civilised things humans do. And, as the lead guitarist and singer of a rock band for nearly 20 years, I can also say it's one of the most enjoyable.

Ms. Owens is an inspiration and a guiding light. But every time I hear someone successful say "Believe in yourself" or "Follow your dream," I always want to remind them to add that it also takes a lot of HARD WORK. Without that, all the "believing" or "dreams" aren't going to do it.

I always thought the first theme was rather clunky, but the second version is probably the best theme of any TV show ever. I have to hear it at least once a day.

I loved this show, it was my favourite. Dr Smith and the robot were the best in the show. But I loved it all. When I retire soon I’m going to watch the whole lot again. This music has made me nostalgic. What fabulous theme music.
