Let me be the 33rd "Thumbs Up" vote and the first to give this "We Need A Little Christmas" showtune production an accolade I'd simply refer to as SPLENDIFEROUS! Every orchestra musician, every chorale singer, every studio dancer all combine to make this absolutely dazzling performance, as the description above sez: "A celebration that brings together the joyous spirit of the season through music and dance!" To every individual involved in Cincinnati's community groups who got together and played, sang and/or danced in this Christmas spectacular, you're a memorable contributor to the Arts, and deserve a curtain call Bravo! What an exuberant experience -- it's like watching the last scene of "It's a Wonderful Life". Except now whenever I hear a bell ring, I'm gonna be reminded of the last line of the song, "We need a little Christmas NOW!" If I may use the uplifting lyrics of another Christmas movie to close my comments: "Thank You Very Much!"

Air speed has no relation to the pitch played, but one does use the lips to control the pitch.
@aashnagundawar46922 күн бұрын
The faster the airspeed, the higher the note

@aashnagundawar4692 air speed where? How fast is the air there for each pitch?
@BrassBro-Science-ys7sg2 күн бұрын
@aashnagundawar4692 no, really, tell us the exact air "speed" for ANY note. I'll wait....

Don’t you use your lips for just about every instrument and don’t trumpets also have a small mouth piece?
@lucypontius38315 күн бұрын
Not as small as a French horn! French horn is unique!!
@thebigcheese19215 күн бұрын
@@lucypontius383 i can tell from this video that the cup size of that mouthpiece is the same size as my trumpet mouthpiece, maybe a little bit bigger the french horn mouthpiece shown here is also quite a bit longer

really? every instrument? The bass guitar electric and acoustic I don't remember a mouthpiece on those
@AFrenchHorn14 күн бұрын
@@thebigcheese192 The cup is about the same size on both, but the horn mouthpiece is a lot shorter than the trumpet one. (This is based off of my horn and trumpet mouthpieces, so it may differ with different mouthpieces)
