Your color usage is spectacular. Subtle and yet vibrant when needed. . Each page layout could easily be individual paintings on the wall. Really thank you for sharing. your work. Would love to see your book altering process. Plus your use of simple classical music and no dialogue suits the journal so well.

Yes, it is an art journal that I have been working in for over 20 years! I keep parts I like and cover the rest. One day it will be finished lol.

Yes 😊 I deconstructed a smaller art journal with a size format I wasn't feeling anymore. Like a home made collage book, lol.

They are large sheets of drawing paper I collages and painted over and over again, repurposed for a number of different projects.

Is this safe? Does the plastic release any fumes when heated?

As long as you keep the heat low- It fuses at a surprisingly low temperature. If there's toxic smoke the temperature is too high lol.
