That's because you're not smart enough to do research on the proper set up adjustments.

We have a hydronic system with 2 zones valves, and a open loop to our garage ceiling mount, thermostatically controlled fan unit. On the paper work for the 007E it states not recommended for open loop systems. I have both the older style 007 and the 007E in hand. Its -10 outside and the old pump is rumbling. Should I not use the 007E in this system?

People, if you want warm water coming out fast at the faucet, simply make the loop without installing the pump. Pump is not necessary at all. Once the full loop is made in the warm water line, warm water will circulate through the warm water pipe by convection effect where hot water expands in the heater and forces the water to move through the loop to colder region and back into the heater and continue the cycle. I had a water pump installed but failed and I took it out and bypassed it and I still get nice hot water very quickly better than ever before with no headache to deal with failing pump or timer. Pump and timer are expensive and difficult to maintain and absolutely not needed in most residential use. If you do not believe me, try first before you take the trouble of installing one.

I have a Buderus oil fired boiler with NX Beckett burner. Called three different service company to do full service. All came by but refused to work on the burner because according to them NX is most troublesome burner and when nozzle is replaced the whole burner stops working. Looking for a tech to service that is to change filter, nozzle, vacuuming the firing chamber and flushing boiler and lines. Live in Westbury, New York area. Please any help or any advice will be appreciated. Thank You

I just serviced my first NX burner, and was surprised at the pump pressure! but the burner boiler combination I had gave 90% efficiency steady state with my Bacarach analyzer, quite impressive for an oil burner!
@cetyl26262 жыл бұрын
I'm no professional, but my understanding is high efficiency like that means you need to watch your stack temperature is high enough (for good draft, depending on your chimney situation) and condensation in your heart exchanger (let's say a furnace where that could lead to a rusted through exchanger where exhaust gasses are entering the living space air.

nice educational video .....nice that left to right dimensions is the same for all 007 , makes for easy replacement ...however for new installations one needs the two flanges !!!! ...question: with these new motors your video did not show if the internal cartridge can be replaced like the original 007 ??...can it ?

Did you put the check valves in the pump?
@mylo3123 жыл бұрын
Do you have pump relays or zone valves? If zone valves I would say there's buildup on them and they are not closingif you do not have zone valves and you have pump relays I would say putting some check valves so you stop the flow

I have this 007e installed at my system for Secondary pump in Ultra 155 We Mclain and I hear gun shot sound when Zone valve closes. As you explained, it has variable speed and it will adjust pressure as zone closes. If that is the case, what I am hearing loud noise when zone closes ?. Please let me know. This is very big issue in my system since I keep hearing loud noise every 1/2 hour when any ZONE Valve(Honeywell) closes out of my total 14 zones.
