Bro the axle you don't have to do re threading just cut it from the head side find a nut that is as big as the shaft and tighten the nut half thread and then weld the nut that you had put on the head side. Second the pipe to connect the second caliper can be made out of metal that is used on a car. Or u can use combi brake pipes. Used in Honda bikes. The last thing the spacer can be made from the original spacer or half axle from the pulsar

Duke250 is by far the best KTM it is not a less powered bike nor it is very high powered it gives you feel of a proper 250 cc bike and no other bike of 250cc can compare to it Be it a cbr250 Or Fz250 Or Dominar250 Or Pulsar n250

Are you mad or something If you truly understand biking, you’ll know the CBR 250R is still the best 250cc option in the Indian market-even though it’s currently unavailable. It performs exceptionally well in both city and highway settings and, from practical experience, as we deal with bikes and closest to ours heart, cbr can even outperform the Dominar 400. While the Dominar’s speedometer might show 170 km/h, GPS measurements reveal it maxes out at around 162-163 km/h. Meanwhile, the CBR250R reaches a legit 170 km/h. So, I think you might be wrong this time start gaining some real knowledge instead of relying on paper stats. No hate just discussion..
