Why are they playing this old crap about a black man that's been dead for years

What a beautiful Presentation and Performance by Miss Black America. "My Soul's Been Anchored in the Lord." We should all pray that our souls are anchored in the Lord.

I love Clerow "Flip" Wilson Jr. He’s a talented comedian & delightful person. One of his notable accomplishments was the 4-yr running Flip Wilson Show was the second highest-rated show on network television. Flip’s show generated high ratings and popularity among viewers and won strong critical acclaim, with 11 Emmy Award nominations winning two. Wilson also won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Television Series. "Flip’s" Geraldine character was brilliant. Accomplishments worthy of being etched in the minds of Americans I feel his body of work has been suppressed. I welcome comments/replies as food4 thought or a springboard4 friendly discussion.

My sister and I had enough time between flights for a couple of drinks and lo and behold Flip Wilson and a lady companion came in a few minutes after us and immediately I recognized him and for 15 to 20 minutes he had the bar tender and maybe 5 patrons rolling on the floor. All's I had to do was say "hey there's Geraldine" and the show was on 😂😅. I miss him.

I miss good comedy shows. I understand the adult jokes now, but I used to laugh at the physical pratfalls. Intelligent jokes relatable to life, without filth.

Wow. I haven't seen this show since I was a kid. Still funny 😁. Better comedy without curses and vulgarity.
