I think you should be able to text message 911 if you're in danger and not able to talk. Talking when you're in danger and the perpetrator hears you bi's a quick way to get murdered.

I was hung up on when making a call about my neighbor being in potential danger called 2-3 times they hung up because i couldnt give them an address, my parents didnt like him and wouldnt want me calling it in so im so glad the dispatcher didnt hang up when she couldnt hear at first i hope she is doing better now.
