Hi, my cousin is currently in Grade 10 and he wants to transfer to a diff school for the next school yr (G11-12). He wants to take TVL track / Arts and design in CBS. I saw your reply on another user about scholarship. Since it’s not avail yet, how does DepEd voucher works? Basically, my questions is should my cousin apply first for SHS at CBS and wait to get accepted? Then if he got accepted, should he then apply for a deped voucher? What should we do first?
