@@DB64AKAMRBOB You have the right to feel the way you do. Ghost of Yotei is a new game in the Ghost of series. It's not a direct sequel to Tsushima.

@@Ijnek901 supposedly SBI did have Sucker Punch listed as affiliates/clients at some point (I don't know if this has been verified tho) but due to all the backlash against Ubisoft, Concord, and Spider Man 2, they have modified that list. Maybe Sucker Punch and Sony dropped SBI or they just asked SBI to keep their involvement a secret. Either way if it's true they did work with SP in the past, then it's likely they were consulted on GoY to some degree. Just because we got the trailer this week doesn't mean they started working on the game this week....it's likely GoY has been in development for a year or two, before SBI was total brand poison.

@@DB64AKAMRBOB Kingdom Come has a DLC were you play as woman its done well. I liked Last of us 2 and Horzion Zero dawn was before the whole DeI stuff. I think people on both Sides the anti woke and Pro woke are as bad as each other. The devs vision is important I dislike when anything is forced into gamss no matter what it is.

You make some good points. For me though, even if there were "Badass female warriors" in the Edo period, I doubt they were badass enough to take on a dozen fully grown and fully armored men at once....which was a normal encounter in GoT if you played like I did (honorable samurai not assassin ninja). I mean realistically it would be tough if the protag was also a fully grown, fully armored male samurai but as gamers, we have to suspend belief at least a little bit but there is a limit. If you want people to completely suspend reality on the bodily limitations of humans, you need to have story elements that back it up. No one really has a problem with a female Jedi killing a dozen men because the force would compensate for the physical differences between her and her enemies and a lightsaber doesn't really need strength to dismember. Yes Kathleen Kennedy's Female Force initiative has all but destroyed the SW brand but there is a lot more to unpack there then just a simple female jedi character. The big red flag for me is why they felt the need to gender swap the protagonist if they knew (which I suspect they did) it would have this affect of splitting the fanbase and make it seem like they're focusing on DEI which right now in the gaming industry is brand suicide. It doesn't matter how much "good faith" SP has built up with GoT....this DEI debacle has caused gamers to be extremely sensitive to woke messaging and they are suspicious of every game nowadays. In regards to GoY, we don't know for sure it's been infested with DEI but you can't brand your game as historical fiction, set in feudal Japan and then expect us to believe a 65 to 85 lb Japanese woman can parry/block a two handed strike from a man more than double her weight then have enough strength left to stab him through a layer of armor....then do it again because there's 10 more bad guys surrounding her. Seriously look up the average size of Japanese women during the 1600's and you'll see they were very petit and barely over 4ft. Imagine a middle school girl defeating 5 fully grown and armored men.....this is just a really, really risky move for them.

Exactly...there was so much more to explore with Jin's character...how can anyone say his story is wrapped up nicely when it was set up that he's being hunted..and ofcourse the second invasion...jin was lurking around as the ghost killing off the remaining mongols and now they've decided to skip 300 years just to include THE FEMALE CHARACTER... The problem is not about the mc being female...the problem is they abandoned a really well written character...when there was so much room for his story to continue who's also beloved by almost everyone who has played the game ..they could bring this character after they've properly wrapped up jin's story with a proper sequel and even like a trilogy like with the ezio trilogy and then move to a new character...it would have been so much greater

If you have turned on hdmi device link in settings it will make your ps5 go to rest mode when you change channel you can disable it by going to system setting than hdmi settings than turn off hdmi device link hope this helps

Yes the brightness at 50 is too dark for the shadows make the game look like resident evil while 58 keeps a perfect blend of dark and visible so you can actually see the details without it looking like overly brighten
