走路的话是有茶室，mamak，cafe 等大众化的东西。餐厅的话要开车3分钟这样才能到，pasar malam 这里就没有哦，就需要开车5-8分钟这样才可以去到有pasar malam 的地方 这里我回复会比较慢哦，WhatsApp我会在最快的时间回复你哦

发展是是一定要维修的哦，在1-2个月里面。当然预防发展商只是撕掉粘纸，最好自己检查多一次哦

Now almost end of July 2023. As I know there's another project handing over end of 2023 and their project is basically done with all facilities and painting. Compared to this project that project is looks more ready for vp, not sure whether this project can complete on Nov 2023. There's another agent told me the project will complete on Q4 2022,but Hampton keep on postponing the vp date several times. Not sure can believe or not this time.

@@_A_T MCO的时候delay一年，发展商也想要给你们比较好的品质，不然赶工导致有太多defect 你们也会很麻烦。当然我有帮你去问过发展商了，他们说大概10月这样可以拿钥匙
