That’s very impressive! I have aerial silks and I don’t think I can even do two in a row!😂❤

Today I learned what happens if we take the right tail behind us instead of in front of us, and the left tail in front of us instead of behind us, it ends up in quite a messy knot, torso caught in a tourniquet, not a belay. Thankfully I practiced low-to-the-ground because it's been a year since I've done this and I forgot those details, so after my tourniquet fail I came back to consult your video and I'm glad you have this video where you put it in writing. Now repeating to myself RIGHT TAIL TO THE FRONT! LEFT TAIL TO THE BACK! I will never forget again :-) thank you for your tutorials.

I like to watch your videos because not everyone has a tall roof and you do tutorials so that if I were to get an airel silk I can have a short roof thank yiu❤😊
@arisamalee614 Жыл бұрын
Yes on a short rig always make your footlocks as close to the ground as possible and you can practice so much stuff without height!!! 😁

i did this last week, and the main thing is to keep your legs SUPER straight or it wont work when going into the crossed straddle inversion

tutorial? ive been trying so hard to get this my fingers hurt
@arisamalee6142 жыл бұрын
-Practice with a crash mat and instructor! -Start low to the mat -Warm up and stretch first!!! Warm up hips and straddle -Stay close to your pole -Keep weight back -Keep legs STRAIGHT -Before releasing top foot, make sure you have firm grip reaching hand up high -This is an easy skill to flop out of. -Learn Arabesque first -This is a pull up straddle motion. Use momentum if you have to. -Or battement your leg up. (To throw your leg up high) -You're not "hooking" your foot. You're "placing" your foot and slightly sickled

I like this, thanks for sharing! I like the step explanations, I still never try anything new like this without a trainer, but it's nice to see new things, gives me an idea of what I can hope to attain, like the next goal in my journey. Nice work!

Hi, I've been doing silks for almost 5 years, and every time I do that drop, when I drop the slack it lands on my stomach, how do you get the slack to land lower down for you?
@arisamalee6142 жыл бұрын
Hi Anna!! I am a little confused of what you mean by the slack lands on your stomach. If you'd like you can email a video showing me what you mean to [email protected] 😀 IDk if you re referring to the actual drop or when you roll/spin out?
