جناب سلام علیکم ۔میرے پاس 40 لاکھ روپے ہیں ۔اور آپ کے ساتھ کوئی اچھا جگہ پر سستا والا پلاٹ ہو کہ اس میں گھر بنائے ۔باقی پسیے گھر میں رہتے قسط دینگے ۔ شکریہ

I bought 3 plots in new city phase 2 and paid almost 60 lakh for 3. Fully cleared its been 7 years and there is no possession, they gave certificates , which is allotment only on the piece of paper, it was executive block but on the ground they don’t have anything. They couldn’t even give plots to new city customers and fraudster ch qamar went to start another society. May Allah destroy these fraudsters we wasted so much money but there is no law or regulations from government to prosecute these people, i heard this man took all the money and invested abroad even bought expensive rolls Royce using customers hard earned money.

Etimaad per etimaad na karen to phir kis per karen/naam hi kafi hai 👍❤️

Anyone investing in new PVC projects should read up on what's going on with their existing blocks that were never delivered like J, Overseas, Golf and Hills Estate.
