I hope Joe doesn’t relapse on crack and heroin for the sake of the baby!!! I remember Joe always getting caught by the Hartford Police Department in crack houses and him stealing from his family to get another fix of crack cocaine and heroin!!!😅 It was like every other week Joe would get his parents car stolen at the gas station on Albany Ave trying to buy crack cocaine and heroin because all the dealers knew he was soft and would ALWAYS come back!!!!! Even after his friends overdosed and died from using crack cocaine and heroin, Joe continued to use his parents money to buy more and more crack cocaine and heroin!!!! He just wouldn’t quit!! I remember he would always go into the bad parts of Hartford to buy crack cocaine and heroin, and almost every time he would come back because the dealers would steal all of his money and sometimes clothes and car without giving him the crack cocaine and heroin he paid for!!! Plus when he was arrested for having drugs next to a daycare center and then his DUI in 2005! Him and his friend Andrew LOVE, and I mean LOVE, crack cocaine and heroin!!!! I hope Joe stops using crack cocaine and heroin for the sake of the baby!!!! No more sucking and scraping the gel off of FENT PATCHES!!!
