Yes MAM you are right ... Collages are taking additonal charges .. on the name or paper work , book keeping, processing fee ... i Paid 5k in one collage and 2 k in other collage..... for processing/book keeping fee and other fee various from collage to collage ... there is difference of 10k - 15k ...and if i ask them they say they taking it from all students and one more import thing THEY are mostly DEMANDING IN CASH.... and on fighting and insisting then only they providing UPI and scanners .....
