@ It really was! There was so much good music back then! For me ‘Food For Thought’ was UB40’s best song - they really captured the mood there. So it was great to hear your version on New Year’s Eve (I was on a reggae tip in my kitchen, over a few Red Stripes 😄) I saw Jesus & Mary Chain in Southampton recently. I’d never got to see them before, and really wasn’t expecting too much. But they blew me away! It was a brilliant show, and I was reminded just how good their music was and still is! Any chance of a JAMC cover? How about ‘Taste of Cindy’? 😀👍

Shame the CD for this album is so expensive. Not to mention that they put all the good bonus tracks on that one too. The CD being way more expensive than the vinyl, how often do you see that happen? At least I did manage to secure a copy of Magnets for only about 10 bucks though. I prefer that one just *ever so slightly* to New Clear Days, so I can’t be too upset.
