good ole days, muchmusic was great in the 90's and early 2000's, ed the sock was funny, Len's steal my sunshine came out at a great time also, one of the greatest summer songs till this day

Same technique as "Sunshine". Lip-sync to a sped-up recording of the song while filming, the vid goes in slow motion when you slow it down to match the audio. I think that's really cool!

Okay all the comments are about Sharon but This entire video is a gem. I’ve been a LEN fan for like my entire 30ish life and this interview is them 100% in their prime. “We’re the first Canadian band with no talent whatsoever to make it to letterman” And the Bum Rush means exactly what you think it means. Holy cow I love this band 😂😂
