yep have a ole sansui system i bought in the early 80's in guam, recently put it in my f450 with 3 of those subs and amps with original sansui eq and componate sys tweeters n mids etc. sounds very good.

Man, never underestimate a 10incher. I have a 10w7 and zapco 750rms 2 channel amp..... Dynamat was definitely needed in a few key spots in the trunk. Especially the license plate.

Thanks for this great share. I'm going through the exact same issue. I have some hot racing adaptors that were on my Granite but they wont work as the pins are much larger on my Granite. The ones your showing are really nice. I hope they still sell them. Vitivon makes some but they are almost $50 and that's too much for adaptors. The washer worked out good for spacing them out. I was able to pick up some thicker hexes for my Lasernut. I think they were Tamiya hexes that the local hobby store lined me up with.

does it wear the drive-train excessively by leaving it at 5? or are these over-built where it can handle it. Seems like a 17T pinion and going to punch setting 5 will get you an increase of both low end and top end....... at the expense of some wear & drivetrain stress?
