Unfortunately - a fairly bad production of this otherwise lovely tune.. But it’s this actually Vladislav Sendecki composition? . Not sure who oversaw this recording, but it’s a shame… Sound, arrangements, there’s an odd synth comping in the back…minor/major chords messed up..

Which song do you mean? There are several compositions on the LP. Teresa has Jaco! composed in Stuttgart at Jazzpoint Records. Teresa was his last very good friend who accompanied Jaco at the Italy gymnastics. Sendecky put his playback on it much later. It has nothing to do with the music. But he did it very well.

자코의 비극은 그가 하필 선택한 음악이 재즈였고 하필 잡은 악기가 베이스였기 때문에 생긴 일임 그가 건반이나 보컬이었다면 그리고 그가 알엔비나 락을 했다면 백인 퀸시존슨이 되었을 것임 그가 가진 재능은 베이스 주자에 국한된것이 아닌 기존 음악이론을 재편하고 새로운 리듬을 창조하는 개척자였슴 대중적 인기가 부족한 장르를 주목받기 쉽지 않은 악기로 도전을 하니 그가 품고 있는 야망을 채우기는 턱없이 부족했을 것이고 그나마 퓨젼음악이 먹히던 70년대 중후반이 지나가고 엠티비의 시대가 도래하며 그의 재능은 더 뻗어나가지 못함 그 상황에서 같이 음악을 했던 동료들도 비슷한 경제적 어려움을 겪게 되고 죽거나 떠나감 우리는 그가 겪은 경제적 어려움엔 주목하지 않고 있슴 그리고 그가 비참하게 맞아 죽었을때 조차 당시 우리는 그 사실을 알지 못헸고 이후 펫멘시니나 허비행콕등이 새로운 밥재즈로 주목을 받고 재즈가 이지 리스닝세계로 들어오며 다시 조명을 받은것이지 사실 마커스 밀러의 리오 펑크가 세계적 히트를 하지 않았디면 그가 주목을 받았을까

The Maccaferri Gipsy jazz guitar has a longer scale as normally Martin and Fender guitars and the longer scale causes more tension on the strings.
