Nothing like the sound of a naturally aspirated motor that runs on high octane gas. These things basically sound like NASCARs

This bull is stressed with all of this bullshit. He had to travel in that tin-can....then to be 'exhibited' like a specimen in front of all of those people. *SHAME ON HIS GREEDY OWNER for prostituting him like this!*

Noel is my Dad. Sadly he passed away in 2021 from COVID-19. His 89th (heavenly) birthday was yesterday. In honor of my Dad, I want to wish him a Happy birthday. He was an entrepreneur all his life and the true founder of the SEMA show.

In 1977 Victoria Vetri arrived at the Victoria Station restaurant in Studio City to start her bartending job. I had the pleasure of being assigned to train her, though she didn't need any training. One night she took me out in her then black AMX to a disco joint and tried to teach me how to disco dance. I remember going to her apartment in the Hollywood Hills, where she and her boyfriend lived. I went with her to her post office box, where she checked to see if any men from around the world had sent her any letters and/or money. All the guys at the restaurant were jealous and had many impure thoughts, but our brief relationship was platonic. She was one of many famous celebrities and famous people I met in Hollywood and later in my long journalism career, which began at the LA Times in 1979. If she remembers me, it's probably as Stag. She was a nice person and a lot of fun, but at 76 I still can't dance (in public). My archives are here -- plus a photo of what I looked like in 1990. Good luck, Angela. clips.substack.com/
