If you think about it, we work on fall prevention every day in our classes - being stronger and more stable. Today was fall resilience: how we fall more safely (think leaning into the fall and crumpling) and how we can get back up again. Thank you to our workshop facilitator, Patricia Linderman, for leading an engaging and dynamic class!

Long term Lyme disease is the proverbial elephant in the room most doctors and neurologists don't want to believe in....that attacks the brain, skeleton, heart and lungs, it along with orher infections from flea, tick and spider bites can deliver other just as deadly anti biotic resistant bacterias such as babesia, bartonella and mycoplasma to name a few. All these cause identical symptoms as Parkinson's dementia, altzheimers, stroke, heart attack, m.e. m.s, fybromaligia, chronic fatigue, eczema, hives autism, tourette, o.c.d etc etc etc I currently have diagnosis of tourette, autism , several herniated discs compressed spine, skin hives and now suspected parkinson's. ..i know i ha e been bitten by ticks and fleas in the past but eas never treated as id never heard of lyme. I do follow the Stephen buhner protocol which has brought relief to skin hives , ive also had exposure to industrial chemicals as well as a teenager, so cant ryle that out eirher...and i was born with a gene mutation that makes me susceptible to auto immune and neuro diseases

The experts in this field don’t seem to have an interest at all in early diagnosis. The neurologist method of diagnosing by a questionnaire is a complete joke

Are there any tests you can do to see if there are Lewy bodies or these problematic proteins present in our gut ? Why does no one talk about testing ? None of this even matters if you can’t detect it and take action early. Incompetent doctors

Once again, we see the case where each research entity, ( labs, university research, etc), are in their own little world, trying to find their own solutions to the study problem ! Guys, wake up, smell the coffee, and stand up to look outside of your cubicle! What you are talking about, short chain fatty acids, are called KETONES! Yeah, that's right, your study subject is being talked about everywhere in the KETO/LOW CARB WORLD! Leaky gut? Yeah, that's caused by inflammation as result of eating high carb diets. Recent changes in western diets? Yep! Excess carbs in diet. The body makes its own glucose in the liver, so, ANY CARBOHYDRATE IN THE DIET IS EXCESS, AND INFLAMMATORY! But, of course, it can't be so, because established medicine won't recognize low carb as a viable option. Cross reference your data with Reputable low carb clinics ,like Gifts Health, and see how much this all overlaps! Its not a fad diet anymore, its real science that Eminence based medicine doesn't want revealed. Just ask, WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE???
