Nike Omega Flames were on the go back in Aberdeen 84 and there's a pic of Aberdeen away at Hearts with an ASC lad wearing a Berghaus Ice Cap and Flames, there was a few others who had them including myself and even to this day i still have an og pair, i had 2 pairs for a while but one was for the gardening, lol So as good a listen as this is Scott's a wee bit off saying no one had them back then.

Dek's a cracking lad and was always well turned out, the cartoon denim stuff was around 87/88 and was more popular from Perth and southwards than Dundee or Aberdeen in my opinion. You got Snoopy and MM sweats from old C&A's and Flip also done some no name denim jackets and jeans with cartoon characters then Iceberg also did a lot of stuff late 80s early 90s with the same idea but a whole lot more expensive.

The were just called air max then, they only got renamed air max 1 later after they produced multiple variations like air max 90’s and so on, the blue ones were actually ladies versions, I’m sure somebody will correct me if I’m wrong, I’m pretty sure they only went up to a size 8. Again I could be wrong but I remember my mates sister got a pair.

I wonder if one of these clothing companies suddenly went down the route of a limited edition or run of something …..but you had to collect it the old fashioned way (maybe meeting at a certain shop, or phoning a number in a magazine to find out where to get the item) would it work ? 😉👍
