Thanks for the video. I have easily replaced the suspension rods, I noticed that the central part of the rod has a moveable saucer cup that I can slide up and down. I tried to look on the internet as to whether I should slide this up or down or the middle of the rod. Do you have any knowledge as to the function of this small plastic cup or whether it's location makes any difference. I presume OT should be all the way at the bottom to prevent the drum from moving up or down, or am I mistaken. Please help

I changed the lid lock on a Whirlpool washer machine, and it would turn on, but not work, and the code is DL, it just stops and the DL code comes up again and it doesn't work, could you please give me some advice? Thanks.

9 years old and still helpful. Pro tips: 1) Put the screws in different container so you don't get them confused. 2) Also take a pic of the motor assembly before you dissemble it. I was uncertain for a couple minutes about the orientation of how the pieces joined.

THANK YOU for this easy-to-follow video! After getting two exorbitant estimates from washer repair companies for over $300 to replace the door lock, this 72-year-old lady did it herself with a new part from Amazon for $17.11. SUCCESS! 😃

Just like in a previous video where he replaced a flame sensor, again in this video he doesn't show how to check the Igniter to determine if indeed is bad.!! 👎👎..

Cleaned video however, if you don't show how to check that flame sensor to confirm that is actually bad, that defeats the whole purpose of the video instructions 👎👎..

In my case the switch is working (I tested it), but the plastic tab that snaps into the lid is not pushing the plastic plunger (which pushes on the switch button) far enough in. I do not see a way to adjust any of the three parts. I'm going to try to add a drop of hot glue onto the switch button to hack an adjustment. I've done a lot of searching and do not see a way to adjust this particular switch.

This video completely failed to mention the Bearing [for the] lower spray arm. There is a bearing (it looks like a washer) that I think goes inside the Lower Spray Arm Support, but I'm not 100% certain. In fact, I came to this video seeking confirmation of where to put that bearing, I already know the rest.

Hello friend, I would like your help, I replaced the motor of my GE washing machine but the previous damaged motor was from a GE washing machine mod GHWN4250D1WW with a WH20X10093 motor, but I am replacing it with an identical motor but it is a WH20X10094, the only difference and the problem It is the red connector, the WH20X10093 motor has a 4-wire red connector and the new motor WH20X10094 in that red connector only has three cables and of different colors, how could I make that connection? thanks in advance.
