Hi, would pebble 360 pro recline in family fix 360 base? I’ve just ordered the car seat

I ordered this pushchair but it was delivered with the hood separated, how do I clip it into place? I’ve found the wholes but it doesn’t clip. You haven’t shown this. I’ve watched many videos and ready to give up and send back for replacement

The folding carrycot looks very convenient compared to a Numa we were shown today at Mama and Papa's. The carrycot having a stand is also a nice feature.

This made the recline feature look so easy but mine doesn't go so well

Do they sell a base where the leg extends further to the floor or one that is compatible with the same seat? I have a van where the seats are higher from the floor and my Cloud T base extending leg wont reach the floor. We can only use it in our car. If not I will just have to use this seatbelt method when using the van. Thanks.

I would like to ask if there is possible to attach the car seat to it, as we always take 2 seats for it and we don’t know how to attach car seat to the stroller. Could you please help with a great video for that is its possible, would be very helpful in Terms of space economy in the car.

My husban was "sure" our car has no isofix hawks - I was pretty sure he was not searching enough :P So I check the manual saying it should be there and your video with hints where to looking for them. And we found them! So thanks a lot ;)

Blimey, that made life easier. A word to the wise, in case you havent already pulled the tab off the extendable leg - wait until you're in the car and ready to install! I pulled it while still in the house unpacking it, and didn't realise the bloody thing beeps until you have it fully installed. I ended up doing it by phone flashlight at 10pm just to get it to stop! Don't be an idiot like me, wait 'til it's all set up and then pull it out!

I've had this seat since August and I'm far from being satisfied with it or the support I've received from BeSafe customer service team. The seat rattles with or without our baby in it and seems very unstable in the base. It's very noisy, beyond any other 360 seat we've ever had. The locking mechanism is, on the other hand, very quiet; whilst it holds in place, we always have to double check.
