I'm not sure what they're going to ask for it, but I imagine it will be quite highly priced. There's a couple of other houses on the street that have been sold for over $800k, but they also don't have the same views this place does. It's in the Yarra Valley/Murrindindi Shire region! When they advertised this house for rent years ago, they put "Million Dollar Views" in the listing title, so I think thats a little hint at how much they wish they could get for it.

We bought a king parrot breeding pair from a shop here in the UK. Didn't like how they were being kept in the shop and had to buy them. Since they were both adults, they have retained quite a bit of what I would say wild traits. It's clear our birds do miss company of their own species. The male (choco) is often sitting by the mirror. Otherwise they're both quite playful. They are the highlight of our lives and bring so much joy.

My gut issues are a current thing, or only at least the last two years. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 35 years ago but suffered in silence most of that time. The Rheumatologist was quite clear about what I had but did NOT offer treatment, etc. He had no solutions. I am still working but my symptoms are much more prevalent. Covid vaccines apparently made things worse. I have IBS, Occipital neuralgia, pain at all of the tender points. Little has helped and I am not buying any more medicines that claim to help.

Since I posted this video, the only thing that's helped my gut is hypnotherapy - it's temporary so I have to keep doing it, but it's helped me stop getting sick almost every day which is a plus. I didn't want to try anymore expensive medication either, especially since it didn't work!

So I still have severe gut issues, I'm keeping a diary to note down bad episodes to figure out what foods are not agreeing with me - and I've got a colonoscopy & endoscopy coming up to check everything on the inside! They want to rule out coeliac disease since my results were inconclusive - and just want to check for anything else as well. Thank you for asking!

@@Dadolaurenovic so with SIBO treatment, I was able to reduce symptoms (e.g. gas), however we couldn't cure my issues (specialist at the time said it was due to trauma), so it appears that I have more chronic gut issues than I initially hoped.

Yeah at Mt Buller they get snow frequently! Lake mountain gets a bit of snow too, but it's unusual to get snow in the nearby towns

@@JessicaJaneAdventures Yeah agreed. Being a Melburnian I love the Dandenong Ranges when its wet, Even here in adelaide today was unpleasanty stuffy and an intense sun driving around. When I went through the Yarra Valley in Nov I couldn't get over the amount of water either side of the road, like lakes. Beautiful though. Ok enjoy your week! 😉

Well actually I kind of just winged it! I got a wooden dolly with wheels and some metal brackets to screw into the base and attach the branch. I found the branch outside from one of the eucalyptus trees and attached a couple more branches with screws and rope, then found a seagrass doormat from Bunnings as well and used it as a climbing frame!

Yes I have hand fed them 😊 I think it helps being in this area because a lot of people have made friends with the king parrots so they have been more social with new people ☺️

dear jessica it is a wonderful place, breathtaking views, worth seeing places, grass everywhere,, and yes horse was very funny🤣, and it was better that you didn't try snow boarding like others because snowboarding is tough job and it is not suitable for you as you mentioned you have less energy level... so this journey, places, your rest house,snow falling and ofcourse minip all were amazing😊

Oh I did try snowboarding, I was doing the lesson that went for 2 hours, then pretty much gave up after that. It was too much for me! You can tell it was too much because when I tried to practise afterwards I kept falling over in the video 😅

I’m currently going through similar issues and its extremely painful. Such a hard way to live. Can’t sleep, work, sit, or just anything. Constantly in pain or feeling fatigued. I was also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia but the doctor gave me the diagnosis literally only after 1 visit! Idk how much I should believe that. I am now ALSO dealing with so many gut issues too.

I completely understand. My gut issues remain ongoing and nothing seems to fix it! The fatigue and pain can be so relentless. I uploaded another video recently where I talk about it all and a new chronic illness I was just diagnosed with (POTS). It never ends!!

@@JessicaJaneAdventures agreed. What a way to live. It’s taken away so much time from things I love to do. I saw your POTS video as well. I hope your issues improve 🙏🏻 The doctor that diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia saw me for one session and never saw him again, so I don’t know how accurate that diagnosis was. Seems like he was more intent in just seeing the next patient. It’s tough enough to be going through this, and harder still when that’s the kind of care received. I was also diagnosed with kidney stones and received lithotripsy over two weeks ago, and my flank pain is back. Hope to get some answers soon. If I have to live with chronic pain, it would help to at least know what I have 😅 Also getting some cancer screenings soon. 🙏🏻 Hoping for good results but regardless, still putting my hope in God and thankful for life.

@@michaelcruz5896 I hope it all goes well for you with the cancer screening! Yes... Doctors can seem a bit careless at times. I did go to a rheumatologist to get a confirmed diagnosis just in case, so maybe you could do that in the future if you're still unsure. Sometimes I find we know ourselves better than the medical professionals. It is difficult to live like this but somehow it is comforting knowing we are not alone!

You have such a sweet soul and its very easy to see. None of us are here for no reason and nothing we go through good or bad has no purpose even though quite often we don't understand what that could be. You in fact mentioned that your courage and tenacity helped your friend to exercise her own. The little bird gets to experience love and care that it might not otherwise and neither of those are unimportant. Your smile made ME smile and I've been depressed more so than usual lately after 3 years from losing my mom in November of 2019. No one can truly understand what any of us go through and I don't think we would want anyone to. You keep finding those coping skills and sharing them with others and little by little you will be making the world a better place because you cared enough to do so. God bless you and I will be saying a prayer and saying your name to ask God to make your tough times less so and your cheerful heart and sweet smile to be shared with those who need it most.

Great job on helping the Kong parrot. I have a pet king parrot named Kingsley. He is the best pet bird that I have ever had. It's amazing to see all the wild king parrots, cockatoos and rosellas in your backyard. I am in Canada and don't have wild parrots. I see mostly sing birds, corvids, raptors, waterfowl etc. You are so lucky to see them in the wild, I would love to see that. Take care

Exactly the same symptoms with one I found, as if it’s a genetic shoulder problem, ‘ours’ can fly only very shortly until he holds his wing as if in pain, ‘Harri’ now has a human vocabulary and is 5yrs old
