I help web designers save time and create beautiful websites through my free videos, and ultimately, through my website templates. I'm looking for something that can help me take my business to the next level and increase sales. Do you offer an online course? And what makes you qualified to teach this subject? / What's your ethos in this matter? Sorry if this sounds harsh, that's not my intention at all. Building an online course inside a community, because I think YT is more long term and requires more feedback and troubleshooting - you can hardly just watch a course and know what to do. For the last 7 years I have been filming ads for companies in my local area and then running marketing campaigns for them. That is where I got the video and marketing knowledge. In the last year and a half I have also helped get about 10 channels grow from zero in my KZbin agency. That is where I got the KZbin knowledge. I don't yet have a massive following, but I don't claim I can get you that in X days. I only share what I know - growing efficiently and easily. I do believe a bigger following is on the way though. Everything is moving in that direction. :) But YT takes time.

I watch videos that indicated you need to have "#shorts" in the description, some claim you need "#shorts" in the title and description, others don't show either, and some claim the "frame width" needs to be less than 1920. My videos are less than 60 seconds, have "#short" in the title and description, and the frame width is less than 1920, but they still do not appear as shorts.

Hey Matevz, thank you for this video there was lots of useful info in it. Please understand I am not flaming you but I am a little bit disappointed with your video. In the video which was titled in a way that made me think the video would be about how to make a KZbin video in three hours, you basically talked about a whole bunch of other things - again which was useful, but said almost nothing about how to make a video in three hours. Granted there’s an opt in offer to get a PDF or some thing about this, which I did by the way. So just some friendly feedback, I felt a little conflicted because what I thought it was going to get in the video didn’t really happen except for the opt in at the end. Please know I am not flaming you I think you’re doing a good work it’s just my thoughts that I thought I would share.

Hi and thanks for the video. I got my first short up but cannot add clickable links anywhere. Not in the description and when I go to the "details" and enter my short video name to add a link, it cannot find any videos. Any workarounds or do you know what the issue might be. How to grow on KZbin: be yourself , pick a niche your interested in, and put the time in , it’s all a time game it takes a long time to grow there’s no short cut just be yourself and learn something new every time you post

What this guy isn't saying at all is the most vital information: You don't have to do anything differently regarding the uploading. HOWEVER YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR VIDEO IN SHORTS RESOLUTION. Which is: 1080x1920. KZbin will automatically recognise it and upload it as Shorts. Why won't most "how to" videos about Shorts fail to mention this?

Thanks a lot! High ticket - depends on pricing strategy. If one time, anything above $3500. If monthly retainer, anything above $1000/mo. This is really the low end. Thing is, the higher the price the less people you have to sell to get a good amount of money, and it's easier to get results coming in fast with a system like that.
