Doesn't look like it. ELS isn't working at all in my game and nobody seems to be doing anything. Guess the modding of GTA 4 is over. We all knew this day would come eventually.

So it seems like I'm having the same problem as a few other people but I was wondering if you could help me with the car models. When I try to add the modded files to OpenIV I get a chime but nothing changes and there are no errors. The textures remain the default textures. Edit mode is enabled and I can't seem to figure it out.

if anyone wondering how to fix this issue just drag the wtd files onto your desktop then transfer them into your OPENIV files this worked for me

Your game not launching could be a number of reasons. ~ Game isn't downgraded to patch 1.0.7.0. ~ xlivelss.dll or xlive.dll is missing. ~ You are launching via Steam instead of PlayGTAIV.exe

They have always worked, we just didn't know what the file was called inside the ELS.ini file until a few months ago :D

Make sure you have everything installed. ELS comes with more files that are required to make it work.

ELS works on all versions of GTA IV assuming you have everything installed properly, make sure you have all the files that come with ELS V8.5
