Are orthotics good for alignment?
@RobTrainSystems
@RobTrainSystems 18 күн бұрын
It’s really situation dependent. The right orthotic can make a huge difference on how you move and feel. However, the wrong orthotic can put you in a bad position, and potentially make issues even worse.

Putting the credit card under the toes will also be a great test to see how responsive glutes are,meaning as soon as it happens the glutes from a sensory aspect should be very responsive

I have been cursed with this for 10 years of my life. I cannot return to normal. once I play and jump as usual, it flares up again. Will PRP cure it instead? I religiously do rehab almost everyday.
@RobTrainSystems
@RobTrainSystems 18 күн бұрын
PRP does not seem to be the cure that everyone wants it to be. You’re going to need a comprehensive approach if you’ve been dealing with it for that long. If you’re interested in some online coaching, I think I could definitely help you out. Just send me an email and we can discuss. Or, you can also look into Jake Tuura’s knee program. He seems to get really good results with that as well.

Unfortunately, PRP doesn’t seem to be the cure that we’d like for it to be. If you’ve been dealing jumpers knee for over 10 years, you’re going to need a sound and comprehensive approach to get your body back to normal. If you’re interested, we could definitely discuss online coaching. Send me an email if you’re interested in learning more. if not, definitely check out Jake Tuura’s jumpers knee program. He seems to get really good results with that.

help me. i feel like if u remove the arch, it wont pressure the chest alot. when i arch it does, but then back pain occurs. wich should i do or correct me if im wrong here. also, am i supposed to squeeze my chest during bench press? when i do that, i feel my back too
@RobTrainSystems
@RobTrainSystems 18 күн бұрын
It’s hard for me to say without watching you lift One thing you might consider is doing a floor press instead. It will shorten the range considerably, and should take pressure off your back as well.

To each his own, my friend. I wasn’t world-class, but I held my own at regional level meets Plus, pulling a three times bodyweight, dead lift isn’t something that everybody can do Nowadays, I’m more focused on moving and feeling good, and being able to do stuff with my kids, versus just throwing more weight on the bar

Lots of terminology but showing "foot" issues with finger just did not do it for me. This would have been useful it it had examples using feet, not just talking heads and hands.

I'm always on stimulant about 3 to 4 cups of coffee a day, my resting heart rate never goes up to 75. During the cup my HR sits at 67 to 72. Without coffee it sits at 44 to 51. I think its because of the exercise I do. 2 to 3 hours run which is about 21 to 30km depending on the pace, and my HR never goes down to 120 and never goes up to 150 during slow runs, and 150 to 170 on faster paces or full stride and sometimes sprint. Then boxing and strength training at night.

I'm 26, got POTS (and some other dysautonomias and autoimmune disorders) and my resting HR is right now arouns 90-100. This is horrible. I've been doing low intensity cardio, improved my sleep, I am losing weight and working with a nutritionist etc, but nothing seems to lower my HR... I dont know what else there is to do, maybe give it more time. How long more or less should I (or anyone) wait to see results before considering betabloquers? Thank you so much
@RobTrainSystems

Well I'm not a medical professional, so please don't take this as medical advice One thing I'd make as a goal is to get 2-3 hours of Zone 2 in per week. If/when you do that for several weeks consecutively, if you're not seeing a positive change in your resting HR, then I think it's time to seek out a professional Hope that helps!

Great exercises Mike! How can we do the rock and roll exercise side to side? Thank you!!
@RobTrainSystems
@RobTrainSystems 4 ай бұрын
Maybe I needed to be more clear - you're not literally rolling side-to-side, but emphasizing your roll to the left shoulder and then the right shoulder. Still rolling backwards, just more at an angle. Does that help?
