It's been clear the lyrics are a collaborative effort from the beginning. Just like the beats and video productions are all collaborations. But I don't think that's so different from a lot of great artists. And I don't think that means Pete and Bas themselves don't play an active role in all of it. A few of the lyrics can only have come from older writers, so they definitely add their own input, and they deserve maximum respect for the delivery and style they bring to every track as well.
