For the life of me I can't imagine a cigarette "tasting" good. It is not food. How can smoke have taste? It is instructive to note that deaths in fires can be caused by smoke inhalation.

594 comments and nobody mentioned the obvious: Back then, when doctors used to say smoking is good for you, the cigarettes of the time were actually good. They had nothing to do with the cigarettes of today, which is absolute trash. O.K. let the stoning commence now.. but I just want to point out, I quit smoking 2 years ago, after being a smoker for 30 years and the main reason was that the cigarettes of today are really trash, nothing to do with the cigarettes of the 90s when I began smoking.
