This clip is based on Denzel Washington’s commencement speech at the University of Pennsylvania on May 16, 2011. It’s an inspiring and impactful message, filled with life lessons and undeniable truths about success, failure, and perseverance. However, despite its uplifting nature, you couldn’t help but inject your usual dose of pessimism and misery, as if you just had to balance the positivity with your negative outlook.

@@shapingfreedom You really think this is a real person talking? It''s not Denzel Washington (the actor in the first couple of frames of the video), its an AI-generated voice. You can even see that the lips don't match the words. So now we have a "headnodder/finger pointer" over a video with a faked voice. A video that i guess isn't even yours in the first place. Basically ticks every box of bad use of short form video. As it seems, you make your own content, why not only make shorts of those?

In my case, I took years off of social media. When I returned I took it slow, adding pages I was interested in. As soon as I started following around twenty pages and liking their post, my home page was floated with so much information I never asked for. I’m currently overwhelmed and very turned off from social media. Particularly instagram. The ads and suggestions are unstoppable. I don’t agree with that idea. Plus, most people online are there to make money in way or another. When you try to interact with a page, in most cases you will be ignored. You’re just a number. So, I don’t think I truly enjoy the instagram experience as much as when I was younger. I made sure to hit your like button 👍. All the best

@zeal808, perfectly understandable that you would need a break from social media. It is meant to entertain, inform, and to give us a chance to connect to community. It is so important that we make conscious choices about what we allow on our feed. Thank you!

0:03 this is me daily 😂. I just feel so much anxiety around people. I don’t have any more childhood friends. I’ve changed into a person that spends their time meditating in multiple ways. Listening to music, creating, walking, improving my crafts. I really want to go deep into my crafts. I don’t care what I make initially, it truly is about the journey and seeing what comes up in my development of my crafts. Your brothers paintings are sooo inspiring. When I saw them in person I thought: “wow, I’m doing it! Jean is speaking to me” at least in my mind..the way he created his paintings and the depth in which he trusted his process is so inspiring.

Some people with ADHD also struggle with burnout. The constant mental effort to stay focused and organized can be exhausting, leading to both physical and emotional fatigue. It’s important to recognize the signs and take steps to manage stress and recharge effectively. Best wishes on your channel!-dropped a like 🚀

🙏🏾🥲 Beautiful. One small thing I remember being confused about, was how college works or can work for you. How far a degree can go and what you can do with certain degrees. All that stuff was foreign to me. I thought, you study history and you become a history teacher. That’s not all you have to do, there’s so many options ✨

That’s such a valuable insight! It’s true, the possibilities with a degree can be overwhelming but also exciting. How did you navigate that realization, and what advice would you give to parents guiding their kids through similar decisions?

@PrincessNinja0072 ай бұрын
@@shapingfreedom I think lots of people who don't like each other have babies. If one of them is abusive, or if one of them was pressured by family, or if they were already on the verge of divorce and had the baby to "fix" things. I know lots of people who have babies with people they never liked.

There is SOOO much negativity between men and women on social media. It’s like a civil war….with nothing about it being civil. It feels so great and refreshing to hear a woman say that she loves men and that you have a genuine concern for our mental health.
