Hi, Tony and Sue, were those 3 for 30 Saigon beers at the Jelly Brew Pub? I was last in Nha Trang in 2015 (April and June) and will return in April next year for about 5 days during my Vietnam trip. Vietnam is a beer-drinkers paradise. Last time in Nha Trang, the Far East Rock Cafe had a deal on 660 ml bottles of blue Larue, 9000 VND each (26pence). After drinking 13 of these during a lunchtime visit, the total cost was less than a pint of Kronenbourg at the Three Tuns pub in Uxbridge, West London. Lastly, did you enjoy your stay at the Panorama Hotel, and did the room have a safe in it? I think that I'll stay there. Cheers.

hi- Around Cilantro;s restaurant are more Russian tourist places & they all were doing 9/10k pints of Saigon bottles as a special, just walk around. Jelly brew is still a good deal also but not that cheap. A lot of the off license type stores had bottles for 10/12k also. It was very cheap for beer & I kinda liked the Saigon Beer- Blue Sea bar was 25k a bottle on the beach & one of our favorite places . Panorama was a good location- The elevator situation can get very busy- We did not have a safe but we booked through AirBNB to start - then a deal with the key guy. Enjoy!!! we are going back to Vietnam mid April After our 3 months in Thailand!!

I think I stay at the same building, very affordable but elevator is not the best. Did you see people on the beach before the sunrise swimming and exercising?

elevators can be busy, we would select down at lobby level & then push our floor:) Hack!! - yes the locals like their early swim- overall we had a good experience- & you can't beat the prices , we are planning to return to Vietnam & explore more of the North in April. Da Nang is the best now, near the ancient capital of Hue and the ancient town of Hoi An, a bit lively, full of services and healthcare. Nha Trang has peace, many islands, beautiful beaches and is right next to Da Lat.

This city has a huge Russian community. With Russian schools, kindergartens, clubs, stores and restaurants. We will move from the shithole Germany to this city next year.

Snorkeling Day Trip around Ko Tao & Ko Nang Yuan with lunch - we paid about $15 each, we thought a great deal. The Island is a national park & has the view point. Just go to a tour shop/desk and ask for best price, the price on the brochures is always negotiable - there are lots of different boat company's. Thanks for watching:) & be great if you can Subscribe

we booked a hotel for a few days in area we wanted to stay in & walked around area. Going in & asking to see apartments/prices. Do research on area - You Tube is great for that
