wow! amazing how the goddesses were almost completely removed from this story, with gods somehow producing more male gods on their own, like the xtian tradition that followed - divine father and son, divine mother totally erased from the story!

It never ceases to amaze me how all these stories of ancient myths and gods all seem to be the same. They all seem to resonate together like there really is only one long lived being like Inanna, for example, is Ishtar, also Isis, also Venus, also Frigga, also Xochiquetzal, also, also Astarte, and finally Aphrodite from whom we get the word Aphrodisiac. All goddesses of love, war and fertility, marriage, hearth and home. May be nothing but seems such a strange coincidence.

It's indeed fascinating how various ancient myths and deities from different cultures share similarities and themes. Many scholars and historians have studied these connections, highlighting the universality of certain archetypes and motifs across human cultures. While some argue that these similarities suggest common human experiences and psychological patterns, others view them as evidence of cultural diffusion and exchange throughout history. It's a topic that continues to spark intriguing discussions and interpretations among academics and enthusiasts alike.

It sounds like you've had some interesting experiences! Odin, often referred to as "one eye," is indeed a complex figure in Norse mythology, known for his wisdom, poetry, and connection to war. While he may not always be the best companion on the battlefield, his presence certainly adds depth to the stories and traditions of the Norse pantheon. Cheers to the intriguing tales and the lessons they teach us! 🍻
